Supporting Real Estate Marketing with Responsive Website

Turning Real Estate Marketing into a Peaceful Digital Journey

This website was created to help people learn about Kota Podomoro Tenjo new cluster, see unit types, and register their interest, all in one clean and elegant experience. Let me share how I designed this project to make house hunting feel a little more human and a lot more digital.

What I Wanted to Achieve

The goal was to help the marketing team present the new cluster Edelweiss Garden House of Kota Podomoro Tenjo in a modern and attractive way. They needed a site that worked well on mobile and desktop, showed off the units clearly, and made it easy for users to send an inquiry or book a visit. I wanted the experience to feel calm, classy, and trustworthy, just like the property itself.

Designing for Real People

The design uses earthy greens, soft backgrounds, and calm typography to reflect the natural and peaceful living concept offered by the housing cluster. I kept the layout clean and focused, with clear sections that highlight the facilities, unit options, and key benefits. The site is responsive and works smoothly on both desktop and mobile, so visitors can explore their future home anytime, anywhere.

The Challenges
  • Balancing Information and Simplicity
Real estate sites often try to show everything at once, but that can scare users away. I trimmed the content and grouped it well, so visitors could move smoothly from one section to the next.

  • Encouraging Users to Take Action
Visitors may browse and leave without doing anything. So I added simple but clear buttons throughout the page to help them send a message, open WhatsApp, or book a unit without hunting for contact info.

  • Optimized for Speed
Big images can slow things down, especially on mobile. I optimized assets and layouts so the site loads quickly, even with full-screen galleries and background videos.

What’s Next for Edelweiss Kota Podomoro Tenjo

The site is now helping generate leads and giving buyers a beautiful first impression. In the future, it could include more features like virtual tours or mortgage estimators. I’m happy with how smooth and friendly the experience feels, and proud to support Podomoro marketing with thoughtful design.
